Hi All,
We are performing the LANDesk in-place upgrade from 9.5 Sp2 to 9.6 , the installation is stuck at “Importing Software Distribution Method to Database” more than 3 hours , nothing is happening .

What could be the reason, setup log is not giving much information?
Can I restart the installation ?
