Occasionally, we have users who work remotely using a VPN connection, and they need help. However, the client in LANDesk is displaying an IP to the computer when it was in the office.
I'd like to be able to invoke a sync scan as part of the script vpn connection, so that if they do need help, Landesk is reporting their correct VPN IP and not the one they had when they were in the office.
Is there a way to do this? Thanks for your time.
