One of our customers used ESET NOD32 5, and implemented LDSS agent recently. The endpoint security component just only enable shadow copy (log only). But some of services can't be auto start at machine start up after agent installed. There are ESET service (ekrn.exe) / LANDesk remote control / LANDesk Management Agent / LANDesk Software monitor. Does anyone got this similar situation beofre? The attached file contains the endpoint security debug log and other log in ldclient folder.
