With 9.5 SP1 you should be able to define processes that need to be stopped before starting the update. I can find this option in the custom patches but how about the content that is downloaded from LANDesk? I want to kill or prevent word,excel etc to be started before installing Office 2010 SP2 but I can't add the processes in the predefined content. Anyone a idea how to do this, I can't find other options
